Wivenhoe Properties was very fortunate to purchase this amazing 1960’s brick built house in a very sought after location less than 25min from London by mainline train.

In desperate need of renovation to bring back to life this once vibrant home. It is our intention to develop this house to the standard that befits the area. We have already obtained planning permission to turn this modest 3 bedroom semi onto a larger 4/5 bedroom family home, complete with two story side extension with rear wrap around and a full programme of modernisation.

Renovation to sell
Wivenhoe Properties recently completed this back to brick project in the South East.
A full modernisation process was undertaken to restore this four bedroom house back into a fantastic family home.
Whilst keeping some original features such as the solid wood parquet flooring, the modernisation process benefited from a completely new heating and hot water system, full re-wire, new bathrooms and kitchen. A stylish contemporary kitchen complimented the wooden floors while providing every amenity needed.

A utility room and downstairs cloak room provided much needed storage.

Full landscaping and fencing of the rear garden provided a private sanctuary for all the family to enjoy.

Wivenhoe Properties undertook an extensive back to brick renovation and modernization of the end of terrace three bed property in South Yorkshire.
The property had been empty for some time and was in desperate need of a full refurbishnent. Our local team was able to breathe life back into this property as well as some much needed modernisation.
The property suffered from extensive damp, so a fully guaranteed damp course was fitted complete with a full re-plaster. The house also benefited from a re-wire and new heating and hot water system. A new bathroom suite and a large modern kitchen completed the interior of the house.

Various works to the roof and chimney were needed and the team were able to restore the garage to a practical space, with a new driveway for that much desired off road parking.

After decorating the entire house, the property was put on the rental market and rented within 24 hours of going online. A great result for the team and another home brought back to life.
